Postings have been thin lately because I’m in Europe right now visiting friends in Ireland and Germany. When I get back updates will get back to normal, but even on vacation I’m still looking out for you guys, so here’s a tasty little fig (or “Feigen” as they are known over here in the Fatherland) recipe to hold you over.
Mascarpone is my favorite thing to put on top of warm fruit. It’s so creamy and luscious. Sometimes when I’m feeling lazy, I don’t even whip it with honey and vanilla extract- it’s that good.
