This is my go-to green smoothie recipe. I work a lot of long shifts, and sometimes just don’t have the time or inclination to cook a nice healthy meal. Green smoothies are a quick and easy compromise.
You can use whatever nut butter floats your boat. I love to use SunButter if I’m just making one, but as certain people in my house (who will remain unnamed) bitch and moan at the mere mention of SunButter, I end up using almond butter a lot too. Either way, it’s delicious.
