Let me just preface by saying that this recipe is only for two if you are REALLY in the sharing mood. Perhaps you woke up on the right side of the bed for once.
But who says you have to wait till morning? I know I’m guilty of eating this berry cobbler by myself at 9:30 pm.
Cobblers make me so happy. It’s always been one of my favorite types of dessert. Unfortunately it took me awhile to figure out a good grain-free crumble topping. I made a peach cobbler once that I practically tossed in the garbage; the crumble was THAT bad. More like grainy mush.
We celebrated Valentine’s Day tonight at a local restaurant we have been dying to try. The dishes we got were (almost) perfectly primal. Tons of fresh seafood tapas style dishes like octopus with potato foam, lard-wrapped scallops, braised oxtail, hazelnut and cheese stuffed pimientos (peppers), and a divine custard to top off the night.
Everything was so amazing but now I’m STUFFED. I can’t even look at Instagram right now or else I’ll vomit from seeing all the foodporn.
