This recipe makes me so happy. It’s one of those “OMG I can’t believe this doesn’t have gluten in it” recipes. The biscuit is so freaking buttery and tender that I couldn’t stop saying “Holy crap, yum. OMG, yum” the entire time I was eating it.
And trust me, two sandwiches is plenty so you can either cut the recipe in half if you’re solo or you can save the other servings for later. Or share them, duh. But who wants to do that? Yeah, I gave my boyfriend the smaller biscuits and ate the bigger ones myself. He doesn’t know that.
