See what I did there? Instead of calling these ‘MINI Whoopie Pies’ (because I know you guys are sick of my Mini’s kick lately ) I called them BITES instead. Bamboozeled you all, didn’t I? Except now I’m wishing I hadn’t eaten them all yesterday because they’d come in handy right about now.
There’s a hurricane (ok more like tropical storm) swirling around outside my apartment. There’s also Primal Spring rolls frying on the stove, and I’m working WAY too many hours this week to formulate any kind of a ‘pre-recipe rambling’ to entertain you guys.
So to keep things simple, this is where I’m at today:
-In about 30 minutes I’m going to veg out on the couch and start Season 5 of The Shield , because I’m literally 7 years behind on television.
-My birthday is next week and I swear I’m going to buy myself a massage if it’s the last thing I do. PAMPER YO SELF, GIRL.
Also: I’m going to be OLDDD!!!
*Note, I used The Urban Poser’s caramel sauce recipe from her Samoa Donut guest post on PaleOMG. The original recipe uses shredded coconut, but I opted out of using it for a more traditional caramel flavor and texture.
