I think this is the first time in my entire life that I’ve been excited about eating a sloppy joe.
In case you aren’t American and you’re reading this thinking “WTF is a sloppy joe?!” -think ground seasoned beef on a hamburger bun.
Yep. Not very exciting.
What really makes these Grain-Free Sloppy Joe Sliders divine is the fact that it isn’t made with ground beef (the BF can attest to me HATING ground beef) and that it’s made on my
crack rolls Grain-free Yuca Cheese Rolls. These rolls can glam up any dish, I swear.
So clearly I’ve had T.B.D (Too Busy Disorder) and haven’t been posting as much as I used to. I promise that will change in April once my family leaves town and I finish working Winter Music Conference on the beach.
I’m not big into DJ’s or dance music, but at least it brings a ton of business to the beach! #TBT to last year working the pool parties at The Raleigh. I basically danced and sold liquor bottles to people for 12 hours straight, 5 days in a row.
Oh I almost forgot! My friend Michelle from Cavegirl Cuisine just released her new cook book titled Cavegirl Cuisine. If you’re anything like me, then you probably already follow her on social media. It’s a gluten-free paleo cookbook that’s chock full of easy recipes. These recipes are so perfect for my busy schedule. Already I’ve made her BBQ Pulled Pork Wraps (pg 44), “Thai”ce Baked Sweet Potatoes (pg 132), and Jamocha Pops (pg 162). OMG SO GOOD! She even has a kid-friendly section devoted to cute snacks for the kiddos. Or for myself. Because I don’t have any kiddos. And I like cute snacks.
