I’m almost at the tail end of the busiest 2 weeks of the season: Art Basel on Miami Beach. As you can tell, my website has seriously been lacking (minus my awesome Paleo Stocking Stuffer GIVEAWAY!).
And though I didn’t get to witness Lindsay Logan ordering the smackdown of Paris Hilton’s little brother, I did get to serve a few celebs while slinging cocktails and eating my entire weight in non-Paleo catering food. Yeah. It seemed like a win win at the time, but 17+ hour shifts and no sleep makes my digestion HATE ME! I should probably be able to poop sometime next January.
Anywho, because of all these work shenanigans I haven’t been able to post about the best news since…ever. I DID A GUEST POST ON PALEOMG! And not only did I do a guest post on one of my most favorite Paleo recipe sites (a site that I’ve been following since making the decision to go Primal almost 3 years ago) but the recipe also happens to be the best thing I’ve ever made. And I’m not even exaggerating on this one, just ask the BF.
