I think I’m addicted to social media.
It’s almost like I HAVE to be because of maintaining the South Beach Primal Facebook page and other updates via Twitter and IG (yes I’m blaming you guys for my new addiction, thanks) but holy crap I feel so antsy after hours of being glued to my iPhone.
Kind of like I just lost a piece of my soul. It’s a struggle in the morning to wake up and NOT reach for my phone first thing before even opening my eyes. Some days I succeed in that… others I don’t.
And now Instagram (@southbeachprimal) has videos? I’m so done for. I’m sure you guys are already sick of me.

Speaking of addictions, can we talk about my new favorite show Elementary on CBS? Brilliant. I’m in love with Holmes, obviously. Every gal likes falling for an emotionally unavailable guy after all.
I just finished watching the whole first season (yeah, 24 episodes in a row) and now I’m onto the BBC version, Holmes. Moderation? Not one of my strong points.
