Injuring your knee and having to take 3 weeks off from the gym, thus losing all motivation as well as leg definition. #Storyofmylife.
One thing I really love about working out is how awesomely sexy I feel when I leave. It’s like I come in feeling kinda funky, like I’m not fitting into my hawt new gym shorts and I have an all around negative ‘tude. Then I pump some iron work out and leave feeling like a mystical unicorn on roller skates. High five for luscious endorphins!
Anyway, remember when I said I was going to rededicate myself to my blog two weeks ago? Yeah well, this ONE recipe was the best I could do. Sorry bro.
But it’s pretty freaking delicious and I’d rather be developing amazing paleo recipes as opposed to recipes that taste like doo (but look great.) I mean, what’s the point of that?
So this Paleo Chocolate Chip Banana Bread is going to have you wondering where I hid all the gluten. It’s THAT good. Is it bad that I measure my success in how much my grain-free baked goods taste like the real deal? I just don’t want my recipe testers thinking “Yeah, I guess it tastes good… for something that’s ______” (Fill in the blank with “Paleo”, “gluten-free”, “healthy”, or “diet food”). You know what I mean?
Speaking of cocoa, has anybody seen this video floating around the web? Imagine if you spent your entire life harvesting c0coa beans without ever knowing that chocolate is made from them. Talk about a reality check.
