But back to me being naughty:
So I’ve been thinking about making Paleo S’mores Hot Cocoa since I did my guest post on PaleOMG for my Hot Cocoa Mason Jar Cakes. (I bet you’re mad at me for also showing you that right now. I’m sorry! I promise I’ll only be posting 21DSD and Whole30 approved recipes for the entire month of January. You’ll be so sick of my organ meat fetish, I swear.)
Anyway, this recipe is pretty risqué as far as Paleo standards go. Yes it’s dairy free and only uses natural sweeteners, but it will still make you forget your name in a haze of chocolatey/marshmallowy lovin’.
I use my favorite meringue topping that some people are having trouble with. I get the fact that most normal peeps don’t have kitchen thermometers, but the whole process is really easy. SERIOUSLY. I made a note at the bottom of the recipe that I hope will help.
It might take some practice but I got it on the first go, and I’m no pâtisserie genius.
