So besides practically being bed-ridden this past week due to stomach-virus symptoms, I’ve been trying to take advantage of being off from work to develop new recipes. Unfortunately my inspiration has been lacking.
For some reason, Bloody Stool Brownies didn’t seem too appealing. Stomach Cramping Cookies?
Finally it came to me, after baking Against All Grain’s Paleo White Sandwich Bread that what I really needed in my life (besides a vat of bone broth) was some good old fashioned French toast. But what’s even better than French toast? PALEO STUFFED FRENCH TOAST.
You’re probably thinking this is a great idea, and it was at the time… until my body rejected it an hour later. Mean body.
I know it wasn’t the stuffed French toast’s fault, it was my fault for trying to rush my body’s natural healing process. And because I love food so much even when I barely have an appetite.
Instead I’ll just blame you guys for making me think up sinfully delicious recipes. Sounds good.
