We just filmed our first South Beach Primal cooking video!
I hope you’re ready to see me awkwardly describe the steps to fermenting homemade sauerkraut. Santa got me a German Fermenting Crock for Christmas, which makes me so ridiculously happy. This was our first batch so hopefully we will be eating delicious sauerkraut in about 4 weeks.
I also have a toasted oak barrel being shipped to me after the New Year, so stay tuned for homemade kombucha posts!
I’m chowing down on these damn good Sausage and Bacon Mustard Greens. You guys might not be into collards and greens and such, but I’m way down with them. Way down. I could eat this for the rest of my life and be happy.
That and lemon curd macarons. Does it make me a bad primal blogger if I fall asleep clutching a bag of these French cookies?
