See how I just got fancy there? Haricot Vert is French for green beans. This isn’t a French dish. And I’m not actually fancy.
But I’m using it anyway.
I’m choking on beef bone marrow broth as I type this.. This batch cooked for 72 freaking hours in the slow cooker, and it’s SO delicious. It’s concentrated enough that I can use a 1:1 broth to water ratio, add a little sea salt and cayenne, and drink it up.
There is plenty going on in my life. I’ve picked up extra bartending shifts and I’ve been working later in the night. Which is stupid when it comes to having to make dinner, because then I eat around 9:30pm which I can’t stand!
And we all know that time is already set aside for dessert.
