You guys, I have so many CAN’T EVENs with this whipped Jalapeno Honey Butter. I’ve been putting it on everything the past 2 days. I’ve even been eating it straight up with a spoon. Don’t judge. It’s that good.
My love for butter runs deep. I’m so happy my body loves butter, because if I had to rely solely on coconut oil or ghee… I’d be so sad.
Fun fact: my Meemow is 97 years old and she’s still going strong. She adds salt to everything she eats and has been cooking with pounds of butter her whole life. And she’s healthy as a horse. She also has a sweet tooth (I’m blaming mine on her) and always eats dessert every night. Now I’m not saying THAT part is healthy, but her diet has kept her going throughout the years, and I believe it’s from the butta.
I’ve actually been keeping really busy the past few weeks with a top secret project that I’ll be revealing once it becomes set in stone. Just know I’ve been cooking/photographing more than I ever have and I’m really getting into the swing of pumping out recipes. So excited!
